It’s quite puzzling, really. I’ve never placed a call to this number, yet for some inexplicable reason, I find myself getting billed monthly for it. Quite the mystery, wouldn’t you say?

I noticed this number appeared on my account, and to my surprise, I’ve been billed 32p for a couple of calls. Can anyone shed light on what this is about? Additionally, I’m receiving numerous bothersome calls lately, which has been quite upsetting for me as I'm not as young as I used to be.

We've noticed a frustrating pattern lately with calls from 0844-200-5252 appearing on our bill, which is baffling since we've never dialled that number. It's BT charging us for something completely foreign to us! In the last billing period alone, we've been hit with over £40 in charges for this mystery call.
