Got a call saying I'd won something, so I just ended the call and blocked the number. Such a pain, I've decided to block every single one now.

Junk calls. I really dont see why people get all worked up about these, just block the number and move on.

People really ought to report these numbers to the ICO. It only takes around five minutes tops. That’s really the only way to get rid of these bloody nuisance calls. Got a call from an unknown number again, no message left.

Got a ring from this number earlier today. I opted not to pick up since I hardly ever respond to calls from unknown digits-I've learnt my lesson; they’re usually just peddlers trying to sell something! Now, I simply look it up online, and if it turns out to be one of those sales calls, I promptly add it to my blocked list. It's really quite annoying to be inundated with these calls, honestly. The number that rang me was 0843 980 0144, just for reference!

I've received this number calling me for the second time this week. The phone only rings for a moment, leaving me with a missed call, and of course, I end up dialling back. To be honest, I never return these types of calls. I'm just left wondering why they're permitted to do this.

I've been receiving calls from this particular number repeatedly. It's the only one bothering me, as I haven't answered it yet and have opted to use the standard '9' option to unsubscribe instead. That's my go-to for shutting these nuisances down. Previously, I used to have a BT voicemail service, and I was inundated with such calls. Eventually, I ditched that and made good use of the '9' option to block them. It's quite straightforward, really! :)

They keep ringing me pretty much daily. I've blocked the number now, so fingers crossed it stops for good.

Got a bunch of annoying calls today, this was just the first one. Seriously, why doesn’t Ofcom just get their act together and block these muppets? I honestly feel sorry for anyone stuck working in one of those rubbish call centres!

I got this robotic voice telling me to press 2 for a quick survey and a chance to win some shopping vouchers. I hit 9 to say no thanks but then they called me AGAIN two days later! I told them to stop once more and then blocked the number. Ended up reporting them to the ICO because it’s so frustrating!

I received a call from an unrecognised number, and there was a recorded message saying I’d won a prize! They told me to press 2 to claim it and that someone would ring me back. Alternatively, they said I could press 9 if I wished to decline. Quite perplexing, really!

Got 2 calls today even after I pressed option 9 to opt out.

I gave it a miss when they didn’t pick up but decided to have a look on this site to see if I should ring them back. After reading what folks have said, there’s no chance I’ll be returning that call. Cheers for the heads-up!

Got calls all the time with automated messages saying I’ve won something and telling me which buttons to press. It’s really annoying and feels like they just won’t stop bothering me.

This number keeps ringing me over and over, like about four times just this morning. Each time they tell me I've won some new prize. So annoying!

They've started ringing me back again after a bunch of calls that stopped on October 20th. This so-called money help group must think I've just let it go, even though I’ve told them loads of times to quit bugging me. It’s like they don’t care about my requests to leave me alone.

Just received another one of those calls...guess what? I struck gold and nabbed a prize! They wanted me to press a button for a callback, but honestly, it's the usual nonsense-avoid pressing anything!

I've received numerous calls from this number lately. It seems to be originating from outside my region. The caller keeps trying to discuss some sort of entitlement I apparently have, or money owed to me from an old loan. Strangely enough, these calls typically occur in the afternoon, particularly between 3 and 4 o'clock.

I usually avoid picking up calls from numbers I don’t recognise. I just look them up online and get all the details I want. Just blocked another one today.

Now I just don’t bother picking up 0843 numbers at all. Every single time I have answered one, it’s been some cold call about PPI claims or recent accidents or things like that. Too many of those calls, so I’ve learned to ignore them completely.

All I caught was, "....to claim your prize or press 9 to opt out." I’m definitely adding this number to my blocked list, just like I've done with that pesky 07771 one that keeps buzzing my phone. The caller showed up as Unknown.

I didn't catch the name of the organisation behind this so-called survey, nor do I have any inclination to find out. Yet another number to add to my block list and promptly ignore!

I received a call from +44 843 980 0114, and it turns out to be a pesky automated service. Definitely a spammy experience!

Honestly, steer clear of answering: let it ring until they get bored and hang up, then use 1471 to find out who it was. A quick search on Google will show you the type of parasitic entities trying to encroach on your time and stress you out. Personally, I reckon over 95% of the calls I get fall into this unsavoury category. Someday, I hope to see a world where these nuisances are sent off to some distant planet and left to fend for themselves!
