What's more, when I attempt to dial the number back, it simply goes silent, as if the line's been cut. It's clearly one of those pre-recorded messages, and to make matters worse, I end up shelling out for voicemail since my mobile plan doesn't cover it for free. And if I press 5 to connect with a real person, I get stranded in a never-ending queue while racking up charges just to voice my frustrations. Quite the racket, if you ask me!
