I tried calling this number after seeing it on the NHS site, where it was meant to be for the DVLA medical conditions team. Looks like that info is out of date though, since the DVLA site shows a different contact. Might be that this number belongs to someone else now, so watch out.

Why do these auto diallers keep getting our numbers?! It’s so annoying. Honestly, the UK should really get stricter with the rules on cold calling, or just ban it completely. Telemarketers and telesales people should not be allowed to ring us up out of nowhere like this. It’s just not right.

watch out for these scam calls, they sound Indian and try to trick you! they might say you’re getting some kind of tax refund on your vehicle or something similar. please don’t give them any personal details, they’re just trying to fool you!

Heads up - if you ring them back, they’ll take £5.00 straight from your account, so best just to leave it and not return the call!

Just got a call from someone claiming to be DVLA, but the accent was obviously Indian scammers again. Definitely dont ring them back because its a premium rate line and youll get charged loads if you do! Watch out folks!
