Heads up to all, these so called "refund" calls are total rubbish. They claim there's money waiting for you but my bank hasn’t got my home phone listed anywhere - it’s ex-directory and my caller ID blocks unknown numbers anyway. Even my mobile isn’t on any public list and I make sure it stays private when ringing shops or companies. Plus, here in Europe it’s illegal for companies to use auto diallers, and they face hefty penalties if caught. New regulations are cracking down on these unsolicited calls and texts, labelling them as spam. You can keep a record and even report the companies for invading your privacy and wasting your time. Or better still, use a separate business number just for your dealings and watch how much smoother things get!
