It's important to note that these hikes in charges stem directly from BT's modifications, rather than being influenced by Dial 123. On a brighter note, Dial 123 offers a prepaid option which is significantly more economical compared to the existing rates. I want to clarify that I have no affiliations with either BT or Dial 123. I'm merely a fellow consumer who has felt the sting of these price increases and have reached out to both companies in search of solutions.
