When I inquired what service they actually provided for their hefty 30% plus VAT fee, considering I had to do all the legwork, they could barely provide a coherent reply. Honestly, if you're looking to make a claim, just do it yourself-these companies make you do all the graft while they take a massive chunk of any potential payout.

You have the ability to compile a list of numbers you want to block, and you can also look up details to see who a particular number belongs to. It even does a grand job of automatically filtering out all those unwelcome calls. Truly worth your while, in my opinion!

I've just had a gander at my call log. Should I encounter these particular numbers again, I plan to keep them on the line while I 'fetch' the relevant person they wish to chat with. I got an automated call from this lot, so I pressed 5 to speak to a human. Turns out it was a PPI outfit. I let the bloke have it with both barrels, and he returned the favour.
