Best not to pick up on these. If you do, they know your number’s live and will keep calling you non stop. What I do now is just block all those 084X numbers straight away. If it’s really something worth my time, they’ll leave a message or I’ll call them back myself. These ones are usually just dodgy PPI scammers anyway.
