I keep getting this persistent caller who won't stop ringing me. Quite often, there's no one on the line when I pick up. The last time, a woman on the other end stated she was calling regarding an accident, and I immediately felt uneasy. I asked, “Are you implying that someone’s had an accident? Is this the police?” or “Is this just about a compensation scheme for an accident I’ve never experienced?” To which she responded, “Oh, so you haven’t had an accident?” It’s the phrasing that can send a shiver down your spine, especially for those who might be in a more vulnerable state. It’s truly appalling behaviour.

They called me and actually said my real name, claiming to be from Confused[###]. I thought it was legit since I had just dealt with Confused[###] and a few others the previous evening to renew my car insurance. They simply thanked me for choosing their service and then the call ended.

I chose to pick up since they call me roughly twice a day. They asked for info on all my credit cards and loans, plus my email so they could send it to their legal department. The guy got really annoyed when I started asking about the company and why I couldn’t find anything about them online (he said it was Refund Team Limited, from Swansea, South Wales). He sounded fed up with me (can you believe it!) and said he'd take my number off their list since I didn’t seem interested. I’m curious to see if they actually do!

Received a call today that was quite irritating. My number is meant to be registered on the do-not-call list, yet here we are! The caller’s number was 08437243014. Absolutely infuriating!

Received a voicemail earlier. It seems they picked up on my message and launched right into their automated spiel. The only thing I caught was 'press 9 to opt out.' For heaven's sake, NEVER hit 9! This caller corresponds to pesky SPAM or claims-related nonsense.
