They’re simply hoping you’ll ring back this number, allowing them to trap you with inflated charges, as it’s a so-called ‘special rate’ line. I picked up the call only to hear a pre-recorded voice stating something along the lines of, "Good day. Our information suggests that you’ve been involved in an accident within the past three years." At that point, I promptly hung up.
