At the time, I was at college, and when I noticed my phone ringing, the number displayed didn't ring any bells for me. So, I decided to ignore it and ended the call without picking up. This number has been ringing me repeatedly, about two or three times weekly. I've had enough and decided to block it, but it seems they're quite clever as they keep altering the last four digits.

They've been ringing me two or three times each day. I don’t pick up, but they persist in their attempts.

Is there absolutely no one who can take action against these firms?

This number incessantly rings me, yet there’s no one on the other end when I do pick up. They just won't quit! It's becoming rather tiresome, and I wish they'd cease their relentless calling immediately. Whenever I finally do respond, they seem to ignore my refusals. They urged me to hit '9' for a return call within two days. I promptly ended the call, thinking it was just another nuisance call or a scammer trying their luck.

This number certainly falls under the COLD CALLING category, and might just be a SCAM as well.
