He responded with, “Of course, sir, I wouldn’t want to waste either my time or my company’s time.” I made it clear that I was already wasting my precious time merely by answering these calls. However, things took a turn for the worse when he became rather disrespectful and even suggested that he’d looked me up online and deemed me a nuisance caller! I calmly asked for his name and the name of his company, but just like that-poof! He vanished, and the line went dead. Quite amusing, really!
