Absolutely shocking charges for a phone call, and not a hint of it before you dial in! It’s utterly infuriating that it doesn’t even count towards your inclusive minutes. Expect to be left hanging for ages before anyone gets back to you. I had my £5 emergency balance completely gobbled up within a minute of chatting with them - then poof, the line went dead! Now I'm stuck unable to use my phone until I top up. And guess what? I still haven’t sorted out the issue I originally called about. What a complete farce!

I got a call from this number and decided to ring back, but I couldn’t get hold of anyone. Now I’ve noticed they’ve charged me £12.91 for 19 minutes of calls, which I never actually made. Quite annoyed about that!
