Absolutely rip off for calling, and they don’t even tell you beforehand that it won’t use your normal mobile minutes. Took ages before someone answered as well. I had a fiver credit on my phone, and it was gone within a minute of the call starting - then the call dropped and I couldn’t use my phone until I added more money. To top it off, I still didn’t get the issue sorted out. Proper frustrating experience.

I got a call from this number and decided to ring back, but I couldn’t get hold of anyone. Now I’ve noticed they’ve charged me £12.91 for 19 minutes of calls, which I never actually made. Quite annoyed about that!

Absolutely shocking they don’t even tell you there’s a fee for calling this law firm! Proper disgrace, that.
