I've resorted to ignoring the phone altogether, opting to check 1471 instead. With a sick family member who reaches out for support, these incessant interruptions are more than just an annoyance-they've become quite distressing. It really is unacceptable that, after shelling out a considerable amount to BT for a basic landline service, they seem utterly incapable or unwilling to tackle this issue with all their so-called technological expertise. There surely has to be a more effective solution!
