What a con! I never even contacted them, yet they've managed to swipe £38 from me on two occasions-once in October and again in February this year, 2018. Absolutely infuriating!

I was charged £11.51 for this call.

I accidentally dialled this number when trying to report a missing credit card and later to see if a refund had gone through. Each time, I ended up paying ridiculously high fees. I’m definitely going to get in touch with Nationwide about it, but honestly, I’m not holding my breath for much understanding.

Had a call that lasted about 15 minutes, thinking I was ringing Nationwide directly. Turned out I got routed through some dodgy number which charged me business rates. Ended up with a bill for £8.60 and not a single heads-up about the extra charges. Proper annoying.
