I picked up the call, but they just cut off as soon as I did.

I chose not to pick up as I figured it was just another nuisance call. They didn't bother to leave a voicemail, which is no surprise. I'd love to add them to my block list, but alas, that ran out ages ago. Looks like they go by the name - SPAM.
