Had a bit of a nasty surprise with a hefty bill - just a heads up for everyone to stay vigilant!

I noticed a peculiar entry on my phone bill that listed charges for a call to this number, clocking in at an astonishing 1 hour and 20 minutes. The odd thing is, I never actually dialled it nor engaged in any conversation whatsoever. My provider, TalkTalk, has graciously decided to remove the charges, but I’m still left scratching my head as to how they even managed to record that I’d made the call in the first place. No explanation has been offered to me yet, which is quite puzzling. Cheers, Alan Anderson
