Came across this number online claiming it was the place to sort out some parcel held by HMRC and sort out duty and tax payments. They just keep going on and on but never really answer any questions. I got stuck on hold for ages, being bounced around from one person to another, supposedly to connect me with the correct department. Pretty sure it’s all a ruse, as after all that, I ended up right back where I began. Complete waste of time and a proper scam - avoid ringing this number!

So, my lad called this number since he had some issue with his Xbox, and then we got billed almost 40 quid before tax. Turns out it was some sort of help line, but the charge was way more than what we expected.
