The message rather oddly centred around the notion of creating a legacy instead of a hassle, urging recipients to hit five for more info, yet if one would prefer to not receive further messages, then they were instructed to press nine. Has anyone any inkling as to who might be behind these pesky spammers?

We've had this number trying to reach us time and time again on our home phone. Most of the time, it’s just a silent call and not a word is said. Honestly, it's high time that someone like OFCOM stepped in to address this persistent bother.
