I received a call today from a number that was clearly meant for someone else. Despite me not being the intended person, they pressed on with their inquiry. The firm in question was RESTART. I managed to keep them conversing long enough to gather useful information that I’ll be reporting to the Data Protection Authority.

Hey,
I got a call from some “company” that claims they can help lower your credit card debts and loan repayments.
Not sure if they’re legit or not though. They just cold called me and tried to find out personal info.
When I asked the lady where she got my number from, she wouldn’t answer and just hung up when I said “So you’re just ringing random people to get their details?”.

Just thought I’d share this in case it helps anyone.
