I've been facing issues with getting Sky Q set up recently. I rang this number to connect with Sky, and as per the usual experience, I was left hanging on the line for ages - just what you come to expect from them. To top it off, I’ve now spotted an £11.83 charge on my latest bill for a single hour of chatting. It feels like a right con, if you ask me. I'm seriously considering ditching my Sky subscription, as their customer service is absolutely dreadful.
