So, I just had a right hassle trying to get my Sky Q set up. Rang this number hoping to get through to Sky, but ended up waiting ages, like you do with any Sky call. And now, to top it off, my latest bill has a random £11.83 charge for a call that lasted about an hour. Feels like a total rip-off. I'm seriously thinking of ditching Sky altogether because their customer service is rubbish.

This isn’t actually a Sky line. It’s from some third party who charge you a fortune just to connect you to Sky. Better to be clever and stick to the official lines that don’t cost a penny.
