In light of the government laws enacted on the 1st of May, 1999, and subsequently updated on the 11th of December, 2003, by the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003, it became unlawful to make unsolicited marketing or telesales calls to individuals who have clearly indicated their desire to avoid such communications. At this juncture, I am delving into this situation further and plan to pursue legal recourse. Rest assured, those accountable for these infringements will face prosecution.

I've received a whole load of calls from 08433296414, claiming they're from a government agency. Every time I ask them to remove my number from their list-since it’s meant to be private-they just hang up! Despite my requests, the calls keep coming. It’s quite frustrating, really!

We held on, expecting to be connected to someone who could help us remove our information from their records. Unfortunately, the lady on the other end, who had an Asian accent, seemed to struggle to understand my request and ended up hanging up on me. Quite frustrating, really!

I'm on the x list as well, yet these persistent nuisances keep ringing through! I really wish there was a way to block them entirely. Is there any chance that the Citizens Advice Bureau could provide some assistance with this? It’s infuriating how they hang up as soon as I screen the calls. I’ve even considered answering just to leave the line open, to potentially tie up their line; but I wonder, would that actually inconvenience them or cost anything?

We receive calls from this number on a daily basis, and I thought I was meant to be off their list. Despite our efforts to pay additional fees to stop these calls with our phone provider, these incessant callers just won’t take the hint!
