Absolutely the same here! We certainly won't be engaging with them. They’ve also sent texts to our mobile, which really begs the question-who on earth are these folks?

I received an unexpected text on our landline, allegedly from a certain S Collins, instructing to contact 1st Credit with some urgency. The message included a mobile number, which struck me as rather unprofessional. I have no intention of replying to this. It's certainly not related to me. Frankly, it seems that the more individuals engage with such nonsense, the more it encourages others to persist in this behaviour!

Absolutely, consider installing a caller ID service on your phone line. That way, you'll be able to see who's ringing you up and simply choose to disregard any unwanted calls. It’s a handy way to manage your incoming calls!

It's definitely a debt collector, no question about it. They’ve misidentified me and speak to you as if you're just a toddler. Quite infuriating, really!

Received a text from this number regarding a debt we’ve never heard of, concerning someone completely unfamiliar to us. They were encouraging us to call them back, but we decided against it.

These debt collectors from the firm are constantly pursuing payments, yet they hardly lift a finger to help. I’ve taken matters into my own hands, though. I’d advise ringing them up and asking for the reference number to ensure this gets removed from your records.

A lass with dreadful manners, we'd certainly feel embarrassed if we were her mother.

It appears that a debt collection agency has been pursuing funds, although it has no affiliation with us. We recommend giving them a ring and providing your reference number, which should enable you to have this matter removed from their records.

Please make sure to flag this at the top of the page. It’s quite baffling how we were treated, as if we were completely off our rockers. They didn’t even bother to know our names!

Received a text message on our home phone urging us to ring this number straight away, but we’ve decided to disregard it. The name attached to the message was completely unfamiliar to us, which makes it evident that it's just a dodgy spam text trying to swindle us out of our cash! It’s high time they sought gainful employment instead of resorting to such disgraceful tactics, but clearly, their brains aren’t up to scratch!

Received a voice message from some bloke I've never had the pleasure of knowing, asking me to ring back urgently. Apparently, it’s not about the funds we owe, so I can safely say I won’t be returning the call. No thanks!

Whenever I pick up the phone, there's nothing but silence on the other end-just an empty line that makes one wonder what on earth is going on. Quite odd, really!
