Got a message telling me to ring this number and confirm a payment using my card reader - which I haven’t got. The way it was written didn’t sound like a proper message from my bank, so I decided to phone them up directly. They hadn’t come across that number before, so it’s definitely a scam.

Total scam, just ignore their calls. As I've heard plenty of times, always ring your bank using a number you know is legit, not the one they give you.

Got a call from a number claiming to be Natwest but I don’t even bank with them, must be a scam.

Got a message from this number saying it was Natwest, telling me to call and check a transaction. I was waiting on hold for more than an hour with no response. So I decided to call the customer service using the number on the back of my bank card instead. They told me there hadn't been any unusual activity and confirmed they didn’t send that text. My tip? Always use the number on your card, not the one in the message. When I called the official number, someone picked up in under a minute!

Got a text from this number saying it was NatWest, telling me to ring them about a bank transfer that was supposedly attempted. Didn’t even bother calling back, just deleted it straight away.
