We've no idea who these jokers are and have given up answering the phone altogether. We're ex-directory, so it's baffling how they manage to call us. Utterly ridiculous! Anyone out there able to lend a hand?

I received a rather unsettling message suggesting that if you pass away without a will, the government swoops in to claim your funds, leaving your loved ones high and dry. All this just to press two and hear someone trying to sell you a load of rubbish! Honestly, if you need to sort your affairs, just pop down to a local solicitor or your bank; they'll typically sort out a will for around £35. It seems like yet another bunch of opportunists trying to cash in on our fears!
