Whenever I try to obtain their name or the name of their company, or even their phone number, they just cut the line. There wasn't anyone available for a chat unless you pressed a number on your phone to be connected. At that moment, it dawned on me that it might be at our expense. I’d like to get to the bottom of who these individuals are so I can question them directly about their reasoning for phoning two or three times a day, especially since we’re registered with the Telephone Preference Service.
