I received a call from this number, and let me tell you, it was rather peculiar. The line greeted me with a "hi" a couple of times, but then fell eerily silent. Out of the blue, I heard a "GOODBYE" before the line abruptly cut off. It felt just like one of those automated messages. Honestly, what a pointless interruption that was! Total waste of time on their part!

Received a call at 8 in the evening from 08432753289, claiming they were affiliated with our partner. They asserted they were not a SALES & MARKETING agency but insisted on gathering our details such as address and bank info. I advised our partner to hang up immediately, as these callers seem to ring up to two or three times daily. They've also managed to get hold of our mobile number, which is quite concerning. We're contemplating changing our number altogether. It's rather frustrating, isn't it? Is there a way to block these nuisance calls?

This number has tried to get in touch with me on four occasions while I was at my job. The first two calls came just after five in the evening, and then I got another one at precisely 7:16. What’s really annoying is that as soon as we answered, they promptly hung up. Honestly, how inconsiderate!

Could you kindly ask this company to stop bothering individuals who have zero interest in their incessant sales pitches and marketing strategies? It's quite tiresome, to say the least.

I received a call from a woman who insisted I had taken out a loan, and to be fair, her details about it were quite precise. But I couldn’t help wondering where she got this information from. She claimed I'd overpaid, yet all she wanted was for me to verify my name. I simply asked her to enlighten me since she was the one who called me with the details. Her response was downright rude; she told me to stop wasting her time and had the audacity to tell me to bugger off. What a lovely character she was!

I just received a call from this very number, with someone purporting to be from the official Claims office regarding PPi, claiming I might be entitled to reclaim some funds linked to my loan - seems like insurance money, if I'm not mistaken. Curious to verify their identity, I threw a few questions their way. Surprisingly, they had all my details - name, address, the loan amount I secured back in 2005, and even how much I'd returned! I suggested that they send me some written information so I could digest it at my leisure. The reply was utterly shocking: "Mr (MY NAME), just go and F**k your mouth!" followed by a swift disconnection. This sort of behaviour must be curtailed immediately!

This number rang us, and we were quite curious about how they obtained our details. The robotic voice, which had an Asian accent, mentioned BT.com. Ever since we switched to Speak Speak, we've been inundated with monthly calls from BT call centres, which is incredibly frustrating. It's rather poor form that they can’t even be bothered to call from the same country. OFCOM really ought to step in and address BT's handling of these incessant calls - it’s high time they stopped bothering people. We'll definitely not be returning to BT; their service left much to be desired.

I called to inquire regarding our status as tenants or homeowners, and as soon as I asked her what the purpose of her questioning was, she abruptly hung up on me.

I would greatly appreciate it if someone could assist in halting these persistent calls. They’re rather menacing and filled with hostility. If you could also provide some details about the source, I’d be inclined to address the matter personally for the sake of everyone. Your help would mean a lot. The number in question is 08432753289. Thank you!

This absolute rotter has been pestering us non-stop. Initially, they called asking for someone named Mr Pollock. Once we responded with a firm "NO," they suddenly switched tactics, inquiring if we were the line’s owner. We quickly told this caller to remove our number from any lists and hung up. Almost immediately, we received another call-this time from a private number but clearly the same person-who had the audacity to threaten us with persistent calls, saying she would ring "again and again, you cheeky cow." It's high time this nuisance was reported, lest others fall victim to her nonsense.

This number keeps pestering us with calls, even though we've clearly informed them that we're not the individuals they're looking for and have asked them to kindly cease their attempts. It's extraordinarily bothersome, to say the least - they're incredibly insistent and quite impolite, too. If anyone has any tips on how to make them stop, I'd greatly appreciate it... It's so frustrating! Grrrr!

I received a call from this number, and it went something like this: I heard 'hi' mentioned twice, but then it fell entirely silent. After a brief pause, I caught a quick 'GOODBYE' before the call cut off. It felt very much like a pre-recorded message, to be honest. What a pointless interruption, really! Such a shame they're wasting their time like this.

Ever since we signed up with TalkTalk, I've been inundated with these types of calls. The folks from the 'British Consumer Survey' are particularly bothersome; they often threaten to continue pestering me if I choose not to engage with their inquiries. It's absolutely maddening!

I've been getting calls from this number constantly, it feels like I’m answering the phone two or three times a day! It’s been dragging on for ages now. Every time I pick up, it’s either quiet on the other end or an automated voice chimes in with a “thank you” after a brief pause of about ten seconds. It’s becoming quite the annoyance. Does anyone have a clue who’s behind these calls, and is there any way to make them stop?

Received a call at 4:45 this afternoon. We asked them to remove our number from their list. The lady claimed she wasn't trying to sell us anything, so we pressed her for clarification on what she actually wanted. She replied that she didn't need anything from us and promptly hung up. How delightful!

I'm continuously getting messages about missed calls from this number. Honestly, we have no interest in them at all.

Earlier today, around 7pm, our landline rang and a bloke named Jon called. He started saying some rather unpleasant things, suggesting that if we didn’t engage in conversation, we’d be coerced into having some rather inappropriate arrangements with them. It was absolutely disgusting and left us feeling quite furious. Honestly, it’s infuriating that individuals like this believe they can behave in such a disgraceful manner without facing any consequences!

I’ve received repeated calls from 08432753289, and it turns out they're debt collectors. It’s rather amusing, to be honest-after stringing them along a bit, as soon as we mentioned we weren’t the person they were looking for, they promptly hung up! The persistence of these callers is quite staggering; they just keep trying again and again.

We've been getting incessant calls from these folks, even though we're on the Telephone Preference Service (www.mpsonline.org.uk/tps/index.html). I've just submitted a complaint to the TPS, and I’m keeping my fingers crossed that something will come of it. I'd urge everyone to sign up with the TPS too, and don't hesitate to file a complaint if these calls don't stop.

My partner received a call from this number, something to do with British consumers, and he just hung up. Half an hour later, they rang us again. An Asian gentleman on the other end called my partner a “really foolish woman” and was quite confrontational. The moment we asked for clarification on the matter, he abruptly ended the call. Quite the experience, I must say!
