Just noticed a £12.36 charge from Virgin Media for a call to 0843240068, which I don't remember making. Honestly, it’s about time there were rules stopping these numbers being used. They just cash in on us, and I doubt they’ll ever stop while they're making money out of it.

I ended up being charged £10 from a premium rate number, it was quite a shock!

Got a bill from Virgin Media and was baffled to see a charge for a call to 08432240068, which we definitely didn’t make. The call apparently happened on Wednesday 31st January at 4:16pm, lasted 6 minutes and 21 seconds, to a Non Geo number, costing £1.03 plus 21p VAT. The person on the other end was an older British lady conducting a survey around the M6 region, asking about help with stuff like benefits, roof replacements, heating systems and so on. Strange stuff!
