My mother-in-law has been bombarded by calls from this number. I did a quick search and found a woman who shared a similar tale; it seems they claim you have outstanding debts and urge you to ring them back. Apparently, once you do, they just leave you hanging on the line and then hang up-while also raking in charges for the call. I believe she’s even considering taking legal action against them! Quite devious, isn’t it? Just a heads up, steer clear of answering or returning their calls! Cheers! x

I keep receiving correspondence from Arrow Direct on behalf of Sam Parc, demanding payment for a debt that I've long settled - back in 2007 to be precise. It's beyond infuriating! I've already forwarded them all the relevant documents, including proof of payment and the ‘thank you’ letter I got upon completing my financial obligations. Despite all this, I still find myself on the receiving end of intimidating letters, with threats of a door collector even looming over me. It’s simply ridiculous as I’ve clearly stated that should I owe anything, I would’ve tidied it up ages ago. What’s going on with these people?
