So, we decided to stick it out and listened to the entire message before pressing two to connect with an "advisor". Once the line was picked up, we firmly requested that our number be removed from their database. They assured us it would be taken care of, yet, since the "advisor" didn't even bother to ask which number they were supposed to delete, I must admit I’m feeling rather sceptical about it all.
