I got hit with a massive charge just for calling this number. It’s awful how they’re just taking money from people like that. I honestly feel really taken advantage of.

Basically this number isn’t from Sky itself, it’s some middleman that hooks your call up to them but it ends up costing a fortune. If you need to get through to Sky, I’d stick with the 03 numbers you can find straight on their site. Just go to sky.com and use the search function for “contact us” to get the right number. Much cheaper that way!

I found this number online when I was trying to ring Sky Broadband. Thought it was legit but ended up talking for about 36 minutes. Next thing I know, EE hit me with a £9.46 bill. Honestly, I’m proper annoyed, feels like a total rip-off.

It clicked in my mind that I had indeed made a call, mainly because I couldn't be bothered to hunt down Sky's proper number, as they seem to bury it and push customers toward online assistance! I was under the impression that the rate was 7p per minute, as advertised on their website. If that were true, I'd have been chatting for a staggering seven hours! It seems to me that EE has tacked on additional fees that have absolutely overblown the original 7p rate! It feels like they must have slapped on over 60p a minute or something absurd like that!

I noticed a charge on my phone bill for a bit over £30 and then I recalled I did ring that number. I was too lazy to hunt down Sky's real contact since they seem to bury it to push online help instead. I thought the call was going to be just 7p a minute like it said on their website! Turns out the call lasted about 7 hours if you go by the website rate!!! My guess is EE tacked on some extra fees that totally blew past the 7p per minute. They probably added more than 60p a minute without me realising!

I kept calling this number thinking it was Sky, about three times, and each call cost me £30. Really annoyed!

Yea, it was 100% Sky Broadband. I got billed £17 for a call that lasted 36 minutes on EE, but nearly the entire time was just waiting on hold while they transferred me between departments. Didn’t even clock it was a premium line till I saw the bill, but I’ll be more careful next time.

I dialled this number intending to reach Sky's customer service, but ended up being on the line for a staggering 50 minutes, racking up a bill of £26! When I finally managed to chat with Sky on a different number, they couldn't have been less helpful, claiming they had no interest in what I'd experienced. I discover that this number claims to connect you directly to Sky, yet you end up paying this company a hefty premium instead of Sky themselves. It felt as though I was being spoken to like a child, with the explanation given sounding akin to how 118 services operate, putting you through to the right place but at a cost. This state of affairs is unacceptable! How can Sky permit a company to levy such exorbitant charges? I genuinely thought I was communicating with Sky directly; it turns out I was merely speaking with a Sky representative through a costly service that I hadn’t been made aware of. Take my advice: steer clear of this number!

Just got my phone bill from O2 and there’s a weird charge of £25.33 from this number. I never dialled it and nothing shows up on my call history either. O2 keep insisting that I made the call, which is a bit strange. What’s even odder is that loads of the messages left on this number seem to be from other O2 users! Anyone else noticed this?

I looked up ‘sky help’ and this number was right at the top of the list. When I clicked on it, it connected me to a premium rate line. I only stayed on the call for a few seconds, about 6 like I said, but it still ended up charging me loads and the line didn’t hang up properly! Such a pain.

I gave this number a ring as well, and it seems to be associated with Sky. However, they mentioned that it might be a call forwarding service operated by a third party. Quite puzzling, really!

I’ve just noticed nearly £10 added to my phone bill because of calls from this number. Can someone please help get it blocked or warn others? This feels like a complete scam and those behind it should be held accountable. Really frustrating! :(
