I had a call from someone claiming to be a rep from Axis Finance, using the email [email protected]. They wouldn't share their direct phone number with me. Eventually, they gave me 442030975871, but when I called that, it just redirected me to 08431102233. Feels dodgy, like a scam to me.

Got a call from Sky earlier and it appeared as a local number on my phone. When I tried ringing it back, it was just an automated voice telling me to ring 08431102233 instead. Seems like they’ve messed with the caller ID because usually if they ring from abroad, I just block the call straight away. If this is how they’re doing things now, it really ruins the point of having a caller ID in the first place.

I tried ringing my mate's home number but ended up with a weird message asking me to phone a different number. Naturally, I didn’t bother calling it back. Bit odd if you ask me.
