I paid for a laptop and mobile phone over a month ago, but I still haven't got them.

I purchased a laptop and a Samsung Galaxy Note 5, and I have already made the payment. However, I have not received the package yet. It seems to be a fake purchase.

I fell victim to a fraudulent website that claimed to offer sales deals. The website in question was www.ktchenen.com, which turned out to be a scam. Unfortunately, I lost a total of 210 euros due to this deceptive scheme. Furthermore, the email address associated with their supposed customer service, [email protected], was also fake. It serves as a reminder to always be cautious while shopping online and avoid such fraudulent websites to protect our hard-earned money.

I've lost 210 euros to this lot. They’re simply conning folks out of their cash. It’s all a scam, and the whole operation feels completely dodgy!

When will my phone be accepted?

Typical scam, these lot managed to take £80 from me. Rang my bank (TSB) and they said I have up to 15 days after the payment to challenge it. If you’ve been caught out too, definitely cancel your cards. I was gonna try selling a laptop that’s not even real since we’re already struggling with money.

Got a call from someone in China, but kouyaid[###] says it’s UK-based, which is total rubbish. This site should be taken down right away because there are loads of other sites with the exact same layout. Don’t fall for it, if you do, get in touch with your bank straight away - they can trace what happened and where your money might have gone. NEVER trust websites like this. Still can’t believe Facebook lets all this dodgy stuff happen.

I appear to have misplaced my money. I placed an order for a laptop and paid for it, but I wasn't provided with a delivery date or a tracking code from any of the major courier companies listed on their website, namely Fedex, UPS, and DHL. This is concerning because they were using the logos of these reputable courier companies to attract customers.

I tried emailing this company loads of times over a week but never got a single reply. Then one day my email bounced back saying it wasn’t delivered. Really makes you think twice. If it looks like a duck and sounds like a duck, it’s probably a duck. An ALIENWARE R3 for that price? Wishful thinking!

This is a total con. The website has only been up for about a week and a half. Absolutely not from the UK. I tried ringing just for a laugh (an Alienware laptop for about £70? Yeah, right). The phone number listed on their site is completely bogus and can’t be found anywhere. Pretty sure this scam comes from China. DO NOT FALL FOR IT.
