The message popped up on my wife’s screen saying her Facebook account was blocked and told her to ring Microsoft Head Office using that number. It also warned her NOT to switch off her computer at all. We ended up shutting down and restarting the computer, and surprise, both the laptop and Facebook still worked fine???!!!
