I just got a rather alarming text from this number, claiming they’d snatch £248 from my bank account for some so-called firewall protection. They went on to say that if I didn’t cough up, I’d be facing legal action in 72 hours. Can you believe it? It’s clearly a scam from this bogus Firewall Security Team!

The call came from a number I didn’t recognise at all.

I got an email as well from this outfit saying they gonna take legal steps in 5 days if I dont pay for some firewall service. They gave a toll-free phone number: 08085015145. Never come across them before, so I just ignored and deleted the message. Feels like a typical scam to me.

This firm has been around for nearly three decades now. It's essential to keep in mind the auto-renewal aspect when opting for a subscription. If you overlook it, you might unjustly label them as fraudsters. Please, my friends, let's not tarnish someone's livelihood due to forgetfulness. I once fell victim to a scam and lost a staggering £27,543! However, upon reaching out to this company, they came to my rescue. I only paid £250 for every three years, and I've been with them for six years now.

Got an email from this number claiming my dad called to cancel some firewall security and threatening legal action if I don't pay up. Thing is, my dad passed away two years ago. Definitely a scam. Don’t bother replying or answering, just block and report them straight away.

I recently received a rather dubious email in my junk folder, claiming that my debit card was out of date and urging me to ring a supposedly toll-free number to update my details. When I attempted to call the number for the first time, the line was persistently busy, so I promptly hung up. On my second attempt, the same issue occurred-busy signal again! Then, out of the blue, they called me. I answered, and the chap on the other end, an Indian man (not implying anything negative, so please don’t misconstrue my words), introduced himself with a rather vague name involving 'firewall' or something similar. I swiftly hung up, and they tried to reach me once more. At that point, I simply told him I must've dialled incorrectly. Just to clarify, the number in question is 08085015145. I've since deleted both their contact and email, deeming it all as nonsense. The email had a name like 'Stephanie something,' trying to present as a woman, but the voice on the call was anything but convincing. Clearly, these folks are nothing but scammers; I’d advise everyone to steer clear of them.
