They gained remote access to my machine and then promptly locked me out, insisting I had to fork out £500 for their so-called services. In the end, I had to take my computer to a tech specialist to get everything sorted and to get rid of the shady stuff they'd installed. So, heed my warning: don’t take these calls or grant them access to your device-it's all a blatant SCAM! - caller: Scam callerMicrosoft7 yearsReceived an alarming notification on my laptop stating it had been compromised by three viruses.
