totally a ripoff, yeah? they reckon if you agree to the terms its on you but no way was I given much choice, told what to do straight up. these idiots, must think I’m daft or somethin. I swear whoever made this stuff needs a lesson. why havent they invented phone tech where u can just pop over n sort someone out properly? would save a lotta hassle, these clowns.

Some bloke called Kevin Batel claiming to be from Microsoft in the States rang me up saying there was issues with my PC. He kept pushing me to open up msinfo32 and msconfig to check some stuff. I got a bit confused and silly, and he ended up giving me a phone number he said was Microsoft's official support for my husband to call later on. I’m not really sure if he was planning on putting some nasty on my computer then trying to sell a fix, but I wasn’t about to let it get that far.

Just got a phone call from someone claiming to be "Microsoft" saying there was a problem with my PC. They wanted me to pay £718 or something. Sounded dodgy to me, so I told "Kevin" to take a hike. Watch out, folks!
