10 monthsMy elderly neighbour got a call from this number and said it was something to do with 'JustAnswer'. I have a feeling he might have been caught up in a scam because of it.11 monthsI reckon this number is dodgy. Someone else mentioned having to get a refund from Just Answer, and I got an email from a firm called Xpendy which seems like a scam. Definitely be careful with it!JustXpendy1 yearI was provided this number thinking it was Justanswer’s customer support. My computer’s malware protection stops me from accessing my account to cancel my subscription. Turns out, this phone number is linked to a scam too. Honestly, avoid anything to do with Justanswer and don’t trust any of the reviews you find about them.Justanswer2 yearsGot a text from these guys even though I’ve never signed up for anything with them. Just gonna block and ignore it. The message said something about cancelling a membership and no more charges, but that’s not even me. Said to call 0808 168 0054 if it was a mistake or to start again. Also had instructions for HELP and STOP by text. Pretty sure it’s a scam.5 yearsTelefon spravis po nomeru, kotoriy rabotaet kruglosutochno. I asked them a question about my Philips TV and they said I had to pay £5 to get help. I later messaged them saying I found a remote app so I didn’t need their service anymore. They emailed back saying I had a 30-day free trial but after that it would be £30 monthly from my bank account. On April 28th, 2020, I asked them to cancel the trial since I wasn’t going to use it. But then I saw £30 had already been taken the following day, and another £30 was about to come out on the same date. I never got any proper advice or confirmation. I phoned them to complain, requested a refund and to cancel the membership I never agreed to. Now I’m just waiting for my money back. I’ve also informed Barclays bank about this, so hopefully they’ll sort it if the company won’t. Fingers crossed.
