After they 'unblocked' it, they asked me to pay £350 for three years of security coverage, but then said they weren't actually responsible for the protection. My PC got frozen with a warning from “Microsoft” about a virus. I called the number on the alert, but turns out they weren’t actually from Microsoft. They ended up getting into my system and installing some Webroot antivirus. Lost £400 in the process, probably gone for good. I did cancel my debit card straight away to stop any more payments. Later got an email receipt from some place called itworldpro.
