I received a call from someone claiming to be with HP Support, who offered assistance in getting my laptop to link up with my printer. However, he then insisted that my Windows 10 licence had lapsed, which supposedly explained the connectivity issues I was experiencing. He presented me with options to rectify the situation-£99 for a year's licence, £199 for three years, or a whopping £299 for five years. Regrettably, I was misled and ended up handing over £199. Upon further reflection, it seems that the payment was processed by a company called Core Solutions.

I received a call from this number and initially thought it was the customer service team for HP, located in London, not far from Smithfield. I was having some issues with my computer and printer, so I did a quick search on Google. Up popped what appeared to be an HP support line. I ended up speaking with someone from there, and they seemed quite authentic, eventually helping me resolve my printer issue.
