Weird situation really. I called official Vodafone about a problem I was having, then a few hours later got another call asking for my info, saying there was some kind of security alert. Last week I contacted Vodafone to complain about how one of their customer service reps spoke to me. When I filled out their complaint form online, it asked what time I'd prefer a call back, so I chose evening. Yet, at 9.45 in the morning I got a text and a call from them regarding my complaint!
