I'm constantly bombarded with calls from numbers I don’t recognise, and it’s seriously unnerving. I’ve refrained from answering because I fear I’ll get slammed with charges, a painful experience I’ve faced before, which left me £50 worse off. It’s incredibly frustrating that OFTEL seems uninterested in assisting since these calls are from a mobile rather than a landline!

It's from Vodafone. When you ring this number back (it starts with 0808, which means it won’t cost you a penny), they’ve got a message saying it’s a courtesy call from Vodafone. Honestly, I can’t wait for this to be over once we switch to T-Mobile. These folks seem to call every single day, and as soon as we pick up, there’s just dead air. Very frustrating!

It's a call from Vodafone. When you ring back, you'll notice it’s an 0808 number, which means it didn’t cost me anything to call. The message reveals it’s a courtesy ring from Vodafone. Honestly, we can’t wait to switch over to T-Mobile, as these calls are becoming a daily nuisance. Every time I pick up, it’s just silence on the other end!
