This number has called me about 7 times in just 2 days. I never pick up and they never bother to leave a message. Really frustrating.

This number keeps ringing me daily. Most days I either ignore it or just pick up then put the phone down straight away. I’m fed up with these annoying calls and really hope the government steps in to stop them. When election time comes, I’ll be voting for whoever actually helps stop this rubbish. Don’t these folk have anything else to do besides bother people non-stop?

I've been receiving a barrage of calls in recent days, which is rather annoying, especially since we're awaiting important updates regarding elderly family members. Despite utilising the call blocking feature on our BT phone, it seems these nuisances have discovered a loophole, as the later entries are still getting through as "blocked". It appears they are completely disregarding our registration with the Telephone Preference Service. Some other platforms are suggesting that these callers might be impersonating the TPS in an attempt to swindle bank or card information. Apparently, this number is affiliated with a "service provider company" that leases the line to outside firms. If that's the case, it’s high time that company received a stern warning to put an end to this or they risk having their line disconnected.

Tried ringing them three times today but always got their voicemail. Not one message left, so no clue what they were after.

After coming back from a week's break, I discovered a whopping 12 missed calls! It seems there were about three or four each day. Fortunately, I didn't pick up any of them, and it appears they've ceased their attempts over the past three days. Fingers crossed they’ve finally thrown in the towel!

I got a call from someone who didn’t sound like they were from here, saying they could stop all the annoying calls I get. They then asked me for my full address. I told them I normally just block any numbers I don’t know and then ended the call. Pretty clear I’ll be blocking this one as well! ??

I got a call from an Asian guy who wanted to know if I was still getting those annoying calls - well, except for his! He said he could help stop them but I just ended the call straight away.

Got calls from this number loads last week, especially on Saturday - proper annoying, kept ringing over and over.

Fella claimed he was with the TPS, asked for my card info, then just abruptly ended the call.

This number kept ringing me in the middle of the night so I just never answered. But today I decided to see what they wanted. They said it was all free apart from a one-time fee of £39. When they asked me to confirm my address, I just said no and ended the call straight away.

Got a call from an Asian guy who rattled off my name, address and postcode, then said he could stop all unwanted calls if I just set up a direct debit. That’s when I just hung up straight away.

I had the misfortune of receiving two calls from these jokers today. The first was some chap who introduced himself as "Sam," chatting away in a rather slow and thick Indian accent. He claimed to be from the "Call Blocker Department" and asked if I was still receiving this service. Naturally, I quizzed him, "Receiving what exactly?" He then muttered something incomprehensible in a foreign tongue. I insisted he use English, to which he promptly ended the call. What an absolute fool! A couple of hours later, I found myself in conversation with another bloke named "John," who also rang from the same number. This time, he claimed to represent the "Telephone Preference Service." I couldn’t help but point out that "Sam" had already approached me, posing as someone from a different department. Predictably, "John" cut the call short as well. If these imbeciles think they can pull the wool over people’s eyes, they're doing a particularly shoddy job of it!

Got two calls from this number earlier this morning!

Never picks up the phone and always avoids leaving a voicemail. I've blocked the number now.

These people are just awful, always pestering ordinary folk like me. If I ever caught one of them, I'd shove their phone somewhere they wouldn't forget! They're disgusting. There really ought to be some sort of law to stop this nonsense, it’s happening all the time now. BT really needs to get their act together and deal with this because, honestly, they rake in enough cash from us already.

Received a few calls from someone claiming to represent the Telephone Preference Service, although they've muddled the name each time. They assured me that from now on, I'd be spared from any nuisance calls. However, when they started probing for our personal details, I didn't hesitate to hang up.

When I dial 1471, it informs me that the number isn't recognised.

I got two calls from someone with an Asian accent and not great English, saying they were from the telephone preference service and that they were going to set up a block on my phone. When I told them off, they started getting quite rude.

I got a call from someone saying they were from telephone preference and wanted to see if I was getting annoying calls. The person claimed they could switch on a service to block all calls within 48 hours. They asked me to confirm my phone number - I told them, "you just called me on that number." Then they tried to get my full address but ended up guessing my postcode. When I asked why they were calling, the line suddenly went dead. Proper cheeky behaviour!
