Beware of this firm - they've gone and taken £199.99 straight from my mum's bank without asking. Tried ringing them back, but their number just doesn't work.

last year, my mum had £89.99 taken from her bank without proper consent. I got through to a guy called Matthew Erics who promised to cancel it, but nothing got sorted. after that, no one picked up the phone and no replies to the letters either. luckily, the bank refunded the amount after i raised a dispute. now, tcr uk systems ltd just took the same sum again this year from her account. the bank is handling another dispute. honestly, this company seems like a complete scam.

Avoid this firm at all costs, they’re a complete scam. They charged my dad’s bank account £200 two times and then disappeared. I’ve tried ringing their numbers loads of times but no one ever picks up or replies. They don’t actually provide any real service.

I've been ringing this number that’s meant to be for TR UK Systems, but no one picks up. I’m trying to get back £89.99 for some TV protection service I never agreed to. Could this be a scam? Feels dodgy to me.
