They suggested that if I wanted my number listed in their directory, I should ring another number. My advice - steer clear of these calls! It’s highly likely you’ll just end up inundated with more unwanted calls. Just to clarify, BT does not authorise any other companies to represent them in this manner!

I gave this number a bell and was met with some robotic message claiming they were ringing "on behalf of BT." They said someone would be in touch again. They even offered to remove my number from their register if I rang another number. I wouldn’t recommend doing that! It’s likely to open the floodgates to even more unsolicited calls. Just a heads up - BT doesn’t outsource their calls to third parties!
