I saw this number pop up today but didn’t pick up. It’s rung a few times previously too, and every time I’ve answered, there’s just silence on the other end.

On 29th September at about 1:26pm, I answered the phone like I normally do with unknown numbers, but kept quiet. I could hear a lady say "Hello" but since I didn't know who it was, I just ended the call.
