I got a call from TalkTalk the other day, but as soon as I picked up they just ended the call. I guess it’s because they promised to "try calling me three times about my complaint," and this was apparently one of those attempts. Absolutely terrible customer service from them, as usual. This number is definitely legit for TalkTalk. When our call got cut off, they got back to me using it. Sure, sometimes they might ring you up about offers, but there's no way it's one of those dodgy scam calls.
