I got a call from TalkTalk the other day, but as soon as I picked up they just ended the call. I guess it’s because they promised to "try calling me three times about my complaint," and this was apparently one of those attempts. Absolutely terrible customer service from them, as usual. I had a rather peculiar call this afternoon, on Wednesday, 15th March 2017, at approximately 1:42 PM. The individual on the line claimed to represent the complaints department of Talk Talk and was keen to converse with the account holder.
