One thing I’ve noticed is that a lot of people who ring up don’t bother saying who they are or the company they’re from right away. It’s like they haven’t been taught properly or just don’t think it matters. They end up babbling and not making any sense, which usually means I just hang up on them. Total waste of time!

I've received four calls from this number today, claiming to be from TalkTalk's fault management department. They stated they're reaching out regarding my ongoing complaint and asked if I could return their call when I had a moment free. On the second occasion, they identified themselves as the complaints manager at TalkTalk, referencing the issue I raised about being charged for an engineer's visit and mentioned that they've resolved the charge.
