I decided to call the number back from my home phone because I kept gettin' calls on my mobile. When I called, there was an automated lady’s voice on the voicemail that sounded exactly like the same one you hear when phoning 02 customer service. So, it looks like the number is legit. If you’re worried, there are 2 choices when you get through: press 1 to leave a message and have them ring you later, or press 2 if you’d rather not get more calls askin' if you’re happy with your 02 device and tariff.
