Feels sketchy to me, so I’d honestly keep your bank details safe and don’t hand over your card info.

Got a call from YourCoverService on 21/01/20 at about 2:25 pm from 02382280072. The woman on the other end said her name was Alicia Moore, which matches what others have said here. They offered me a £99 deal for covering every appliance I own, even my computers, not just 10. Honestly, seemed too good to be true - and it is! Got a call from Your Cover claiming we’d been covered for a few years and needed to renew. I had no idea about any of that, so I just told them we had no plans to renew. They told me I’d have to give 30 days notice and talk to their supervisor. I told them not to bother and ended the call.

Got a call at my mum’s, she’s 83, and she passed it to me. The bloke said she bought some electrical gadget back in 2017 and needed to renew the insurance. That’s completely false. When I asked a few questions, she said it got renewed automatically in 2018 for free since we hadn’t made any claims. I checked their website and yeah, it’s real, but the idea that I have an active policy with them is total nonsense. Feels like either a dodgy business or an outright scam to me.

Got a call from a lady who sounded really unprofessional. When I asked her the name of her company around 14:57 on 11/9/19, she just answered with "your cover service." I wasn’t sure if that was actually their company name. Then I tried to find out what product she was referring to, and she just said she didn’t know because she didn’t have my policy details in front of her. I told her I didn’t recognise them and we definitely don’t have insurance with anyone like that. Pretty clear it was a scam!
